That's us all set up for our last day of treatments for 2025 and our last day working from this room.
It's a bittersweet feeling as this is where our journey began. However, we are very excited to have our own private space and hope it will be just as cosy as here has been.

We feel so grateful that we are about to start our 4th year as a wee business! Treating ladies in their pregnancy for the second time is the biggest privilege! I have loved treating Amy in both her pregnancies, hearing feedback like this is honestly the loveliest thing and we feel so lucky to be a wee part of your journey into motherhood! 🤰🏼

I am so grateful to have had another pregnancy supported by Lauren at HNT! My second pregnancy came with a lot of the ailments of my first - backache, heartburn, insomnia - and a few more thrown in for good measure. So I know straight away I had to go and see Lauren again!

Every visit to Lauren not only relieved my physical symptoms but felt like a catch up with an old friend. (An old friend that’s a qualified midwife which really helps.) Always good for a giggle and some heartfelt advice I can’t fault the service of HNT.

My last appointment came after a week of maybe 3/4 hours sleep a night and was followed by a 10 hour sleep!!! Anyone heavily pregnant with a toddler knows this is life changing. My continued lower back pain and heartburn was always relieved after and the added bonus of the oils to take home gave me a chance to take some time out. Lauren worked wonders on all of my pregnancy problems and I’m so grateful to her for the wealth of knowledge she shared.
But as previously mentioned my visits were worth so much more than seeing to my physical symptoms. Lauren is so easy to chat to and I felt my appointments were like a little therapy session/Q+A! (sorry Lauren 😂) I always left my appointments feeling so much lighter and in such good spirits. Lauren has a way of lifting you up and making you feel so proud of your pregnancy. I feel so genuinely lucky and grateful to have had her support in both my pregnancies and can’t wait to bring my baby in to meet her for my post-natal massage!

We will no longer be working from the Leonardo Hotel, and are moving to 27 Moray Park Wynd, Inverness, IV2 7FZ

This treatment never fails to amaze me 🥰

The scar was tight and pulling into the stomach on the right side. After only 3 treatments, the scar has lifted and is now almost sitting level with the rest of the scar. This is why I love a progress photo! The changes can be so subtle to the woman until they see the comparison side by side.

We are delighted to announce that this years theme for Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week 5-11th May 2025 is :

Your Voice, Your Strength.

We will be focusing on advocating for all families affected by Perinatal Mental Illness , to access the information and help they require to enable recovery.

Our survey this year overwhelmingly showed how women do not feel listened to with regards to their mental health in parenthood and this year's theme has been created to help drive a change.We want to highlight the power of women knowing it is ok to express their needs, feelings, and experiences related to their mental well-being and that their experience, be it pregnancy, birth or parenthood, matters.

And we will focusing on support to find your voice when it feels like no one is listening.

Throughout the week, we will be using and will encourage the use of the hashtag on social media.

We will be running themed days and each day has its own unique hashtag to make it easy to search for content, which we will reveal shortly.
