There was a moment a while ago when I looked around my life - the routine, the rushing, the constant giving - and thought:

“When do ‘I’ get to breathe?”

I wasn’t unhappy.
I just felt… trapped.
Trapped in exhaustion.
Trapped in responsibility.
Trapped in a loop of never ending washing, bedtime routines, cooking and cleaning.
Trapped in a version of motherhood that left no room for me.

And yet, somewhere underneath the overwhelm,
I still felt hope.

The hope that life could be softer.
The hope that earning could feel natural.
The hope that I could glow again — from the inside out.
