24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR APPOINTMENTS
Your appointments are very important to me and to you. Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, whilst I understand, sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Please understand
that when you forget, or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on my waiting list, miss the opportunity to receive their treatments. I will confirm your appointment with you 48 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. CANCELLATION FEES
Since the services are reserved for you personally and I appreciate that your time is just as important as mine, a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give at least 24 hours’ notice, that you will not be able to make your appointment.
– Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. In the case of Scalp Micropigmentation appointments, a £100.00 deposit will have been made by you, at the time of booking and you waive the right to have this refunded, if your cancellation is less than 24 hours notice. You will not be liable for any additional cancellation fees.
– ‘No shows’ will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
– For appointments made within the 24 hour period, if you cannot make your appointment, please cancel within 4 hours of your appointment time. Failure to do so, will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. The cancellation policy gives me the time to inform my clients, who are waiting for a cancellation appointment, of any availability. My aim is to provide you with an excellent level of service and my cancellation policy helps me to achieve this. APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION MESSAGE
As a courtesy, I will message and confirm your appointment, at the time of booking. I will then send a message 48 hours before your booking and then send a message 24 hours prior to your appointment. However, if I am unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times, to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
