I know who is injured. I know who is going through divorce. I know who is the touched out Mum. I know know who is newly pregnant. I know the beginners and the nervous. I know the confident and been coming for years. I value each and every student in my classes. Community is everything. 🧡

We are moving ever closer to spring and this month's Flow and Feast Club falls beautifully close to the Spring Equinox. So like Solstice and Yule, this month's club will hold special points that reflect our blended cultural highland heritage. Joining vedic practices with our celtic practices to tether us to the land and connect us to the seasons.
All welcome, you don't need to be Scottish, Celtic, yoga experienced or any certain person to join. 🤍
