This is for anyone who wants to have more spark, feel less stiff, and be confident in their shape again.
What’s included:
-1 x physiotherapy session to assess where you are starting from and guide your training.
-1 x full‑body massage to help you recover, reduce tension, and relax your mind and body.
-16 x home-based PT sessions (2 per week) so you don’t have to face a busy gym if you don’t want to.
-Tailored programmes you can follow at home or in the gym between sessions.
-Nutritional support to keep things simple, realistic, and not extreme.
