Highland Security takes a fresh and modern approach to service delivery and the needs of our client’s, enabling you that peace of mind to focus on your day-to-day operations. The most dangerous phrase in the industry today is “We’ve always done it that way”. The reality of it is, a security company could have worked in the industry for 20 years but they will only have 1 years’ experience 20 times over if their business model is not adaptive to market with a delivery focused on your customers. Without a business model that meets and adapts to the market and consumer habits, security quickly becomes outdated and problematic. We’re a solution to this.

Our training is delivered regularly to our staff, enabling them to maintain the necessary and relevant skills to be proactive, efficient and effective within their capacity. Our staff represent your business as well as ours, meaning we have strong adaptive policies to guide security staff to present themselves in such a way as to bring a positive approach to customer service. How your customers are greeted and interactive with can determine how a potential incident later down the line ends. We’d rather this be done as peacefully as possible, reducing the overall risk of poor exposure and loss of customers. This being said, our staff train regularly in methods of Physical Intervention, in the event that a last resort action be needed to remove a threat or risk.

The Highland Training Group are fully insured and fully comply with the requirements set out under the Private Security Industry Act to operate as a Security provider, all staff including the management side of company have valid Security Industry Authority Licences.
