Good morning Lisa, I just wanted to let you know how good my neck and shoulders feel.
They feel so light and flexible and I was able to turn my head round over both shoulders in the car, I felt like an owl 😂
Rather than Reiki I think I would like another head and shoulder massage next time.
I didn’t realise my neck and shoulders were stiff 🤷‍♀️

Exciting news for reflexology and how medical science views the human body! 👣🧠

As part of a medical school research project, thousands of brain scans were taken while participants received foot reflexology.

Neuroscientists were 'blown away' by the results, with the lead investigator saying the brain was 'activated like a Christmas tree'.

What stumped the researchers most was that reflexology activated parts of the brain that have no direct connection to the feet!
