I qualified as a Reflexologist in 1996 and then retrained in 2013 with The Complementary Therapy School in Aberdeen and gained a distinction in Clinical Reflexology. I truly believe in this wonderful therapy which is so relaxing and am continually amazed at the results that can be achieved. I also offer Conception and Maternity Reflexology which uses different techniques and focuses on balancing

hormones, relieving as much stress as is possible and inducing deep relaxation. Hot Stone Reflexology again adds another level of deep relaxation and is wonderful!. I also offer Reiki and will soon be offering oher therapies throughout the next year. I have a treatment room at my home which has disabled access and plenty of parking.
