‼️WE ARE HIRING‼️

Wreck Power and Performance are looking for a Personal Trainer to join our team!

A successful applicant requires:
- A valid first aid qualification.
- Level 3 personal training qualification or above.
- An interest in calisthenics/functional fitness.
- The ability to work autonomously.
- Good people skills.

Desired but not essential skills:
- Qualifications in sports massage and/or sports therapy, or the desire to take on these qualifications at a later date.
- Experience in outdoor fitness training.

What we can offer you:
- A competitive rate of pay.
- Flexible working hours.
- Fully equipped training facility with outdoor training space.
- In house calisthenics/functional movement training if required.

‼️Our May diary is Closed ‼️

Connor is unfortunately out of action for the remainder of May 2025 as he recovers from emergency surgery at home.

We expect to reopen at the start of June 2025 and will do the best we can to accommodate all cancelled appointments. If you have an appointment booked in May, please bare with us, we will be in touch 🙂

We appreciate all the well wishes and are, as ever, grateful for your patience and support.

👏 We just want to take a moment to thank everyone that has come through our doors for the very busy start to 2025 we have had!
💪 We have some very exciting adventures coming in April, and we can't wait to share them with you!
🫶 We also want to let you know that we're very aware that everyone is feeling the pinch from the cost of living crisis at the moment. As a result we have decided to FREEZE OUR PRICES for this year. We're hoping to ensure our injury rehabilitation and sports massage services remain an option for all.
