Vitamin B3 is apparently very good for our skin.

There is a lot of talk about Vitamin B3 or niacimide at the moment,in magazines and social media. Niacimide is used in skin care products and there are many benefits. It brightens the skin improving tone and tecture by reducing inflammation and redness and it also improves tone as well as boosts elasticity.

I think I need some of this🤔

I will connect with you and you may feel warmth, cold, a tingling sensation or maybe nothing at all while I am sending you the reiki energy but that doesn't mean that its not working. Many of my clients become so relaxed that they fall asleep.
