Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD) is one of our most requested treatments right now.

It is a gentle massage that supports the lymphatic system by encouraging fluid movement. It helps reduce swelling and fluid retention, aids recovery after cosmetic or medical procedures, and promotes better circulation.

We’re delighted to welcome Poppy to the team!

Poppy is a newly qualified Swedish and Sports Therapist and is super excited to begin her career in the therapy world. She has a real passion for sports and is an active member of the Kinlochshiel Ladies shinty team.
