✨THE YEAR THAT HAS BEEN ‘25✨
As the year draws to a close, I’ve been taking some time to reflect on the work I’ve been fortunate enough to be part of with so many incredible people. As I reflect, I always remind myself of the importance of this work and stay humble to the cause.
What stands out most for me this past year are the massive shifts I’ve witnessed in my clients. Time and again, I’m reminded that while I may hold the space and guide the process, it is the individual who does the real work—the internal work, the courageous work. The kind that releases old patterns, trauma, and emotional weight—whatever form that may take for them. Watching people reconnect with their own inner capacity to heal never stops being humbling.
This year has also brought growth for me personally. I stepped into public speaking for the first time (in person), which felt like a big milestone and, as a result, I’ve been honoured to receive invitations to expand my work further afield, including being invited to participate in some enriching podcast conversations about my work.
A particularly meaningful part of this journey has been the work I’ve been doing with the charity Brake, helping extend this work beyond my usual practice and into wider areas of support. Working with fresh trauma in this way has taught me that it is possible—when people are ready—to move through some of the most difficult situations they may ever experience when dealing with RTA’s. I’m deeply grateful to Brake for the opportunity to offer this work to some of their service users and for the trust they placed in me to do so.
I’ve also seen my practice grow organically through word of mouth, which is always one of the most heartening things to witness. Knowing that people feel moved enough by their own experience to share it with others is something I never take for granted.
Looking ahead to 2026 and beyond, I feel a strong pull to put myself out there more—whether that’s through increased social media presence, more awareness-building, or simply continuing to say yes to opportunities that help this work reach those who need it. These coming years feel like powerful years of transformation—both individually and collectively. With that transformation can come moments that feel unsettled or topsy-turvy, and it’s my sense that this work can offer a point of balance within that chaos. Not by fixing anything externally, but by helping people return inward, where real and lasting change begins.
My aim, as always, is to help lift the overall vibration, raise awareness, and support people in reconnecting with themselves—because that inner shift is what ultimately ripples out into the collective frequencies.
Thank you to everyone who has trusted me, supported my work, recommended me to others, or simply followed along this journey. It truly means more than I can put into words.
May I also take this opportunity in wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year ✨
One love💚🙏🏼
