🎉🎉OUR 24 HOUR ROBOT COLLECTION MACHINE IS BACK WORKING AGAIN🎉🎉

All prescriptions from today for patients registered under this method of collection, should be loaded into the machine this evening.

Please call the pharmacy if you have a previous prescription that is still instore that you would prefer to be put in the robot and we can sort this for you☺️

🚨FURTHER INFORMATION ON ROBOT COLLECTION🚨

Due to water damage on our machine, we have been advised to keep this out of action until the end of the week.

ALL prescriptions waiting to go out to the robot will be filed away INSTORE instead.

Once this is back up and running we will put up another post. When we do this, you can request for your prescription to go back into the queue for the robot.

🚨UPDATE ON ROBOT COLLECTION🚨

Unfortunately the fixture of our medpoint machine has now been further delayed until Tuesday 17th in the afternoon.

Please be aware that we have generated a back log of prescriptions waiting to go out so it may take a couple of days until everyone gets their codes.

In the meantime, please come into the pharmacy for prescriptions or call us on 01436 236263 for further assistance.

Unfortunately our machine is not in use from now and over the weekend due to a water leak😔

We are hoping this will be back up and running from Monday afternoon at the earliest 🙏🏼

Please come into the pharmacy to collect your prescriptions until this issue is fixed.
