Pharmacy Counter Assistant – Join Our Busy, Friendly Pharmacy Team

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Counter Assistant to join our fast-paced pharmacy. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, working as part of a team, and thriving in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:
▪️Greet customers and provide a welcoming, helpful service
▪️Assist with over-the-counter medicine sales and product advice (training provided)
▪️Handle payments and maintain accurate records
▪️Keep the counter and shop area clean, tidy, and well-stocked
▪️Support the pharmacist and wider team with daily tasks

Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For:

▪️Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
▪️Good communication and listening skills
▪️Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
▪️Team player with a willingness to learn

Previous pharmacy or retail experience is an advantage, but not essential – full training will be given

We Offer:

▪️On-the-job training, including medicines counter assistant training if needed
▪️Supportive team environment
▪️Opportunities for career progression in pharmacy
