Instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation (IASTM) refers to a technique that stainless steel (or any other material) instruments to remove scar tissue from damaged/injured soft tissue. This treatment promotes healing process through formation of new Callogen proteins.

IASTM improves range of motion and soft tissue function in acute and chronic soft tissue sports injuries, while also reduces pain in the affected area.

Finally the Certificate came through.

As part of sporta massage therapy I'm also using dry cupping soft tissue release techniques.

Also can be requested as an individual treatment.

Starting from February 1st I'll be in four days per month.
