💙 KNOWLEDGE 💙

💆‍♀️ Helping people is how I got into this. I loved the way massage made me feel, and it interested me so much that I trained in it. Knowing and learning more about myself in studying and in practise has been amazing and really the beginning of a self improvement journey, for lack of a less cheesy expression.

My desire and interest to help others means I will pass on some information to my clients that I feel may be beneficial but I always make sure people understand there is no pressure to follow these suggestions. Sometimes knowing is enough for now, and one day, that information can be a starting point, something to consider while life is busy.

I’ve learned so many things from my clients, and I hope I’ve given some helpful advice to them too, after all, knowledge is power…. and, it’s that power that causes you to change for the better, whatever that looks like, whenever it happens.

The most common complaints are usually one of these 3, or a combination of them all, so I’ve decided to offer some specialised treatments (same cost) to really focus on problem areas. Just let me know at the beginning of the appointment if you would like one of these specialised treatments, to really get maximum results from your massage.
