The phone line to the Medical centre is still down after the power outage and has been raised with our support team. Unfortunately it has not been possible to divert calls to a different number on this occasion. They are working on it as quickly as possible. In the meantime, reception is open for any queries and prescription collections.

Please plan to avoid collecting medications on these days.

UPDATE:

Phone lines appear to be working fine.

Very limited IT access. Unable to dispense new medications. Due to this there may unfortunately be a delay for repeats. If you are able to delay your collection by a day or two that would be great.

POWER OUTAGE

Hi All,

As I’m sure most of you are aware, the power has gone out. Our phone lines are currently down and we are working to resolve this.

If you have a blood test we would advise not to travel. Services are very limited u tip power is back on.

Prescriptions will be unable to be dispensed. Any prescriptions issued may be taken to another pharmacy if needed.

SEVERE WEATHER UPDATE

The Medical Centre has had to cancel this mornings appointments due to the inability to travel. We are hoping to resume full service later today. Phone lines are still currently open.

Please don’t travel to the Medical Centre unless you absolutely have to and it is safe to do so.

Safety is our main concern for both staff and our patients.

We will keep you updated if any further changes to opening times occur.
