❄️🚴 With the snow and ice making outdoor cycling tricky, it’s more important than ever to look after ourselves.

That’s why we’re running indoor cycling sessions at Inverness Leisure Centre every Monday afternoon.

These sessions aren’t just about exercise — they’re about boosting your mood, staying connected, and keeping your energy levels up through the winter months. 🌟

We have a range of adaptive bikes to suit all abilities, so everyone can join in, feel included, and enjoy the benefits of moving together.

Come along to enjoy the warmth, the company, and the simple joy of cycling indoors. It’s a great way to clear your head, lift your spirits, and keep the winter blues at bay. 😃

✨Thinking of giving Club Artysans a go in the new year, but aren't sure what to expect? ✨

Club Artysans will start again on Tuesday 6th January, from 6-8pm at Café Artysans - we can't wait to see you! No need to sign up, just turn up💜

What happens at Club Artysans?
⭐ A welcoming hot meal when you arrive at 6pm
⭐ A creative activity after dinner, sometimes with a professional, experienced artist from the area. Examples of activities we have done include jewellery making 💎, pottery ☕️, painting 🎨, drama 🎭, and woodwork 🌳

Club Artysans is for you if you are aged 15+ and:
✏️ have left school without a plan or
✏️ are not attending school or
✏️ have care experience

If the thought of trying something new makes you feel worried, we can arrange to meet at a time that suits you before the session and show you the cafe space, tell you a bit about the club and answer any questions you might have. You can bring someone along to support you, too. Get in touch with Charlotte on charlotte.luke@calman.org.uk or text 07593 578356 if you want to find out more about Club Artysans! 😊

This is movement that heals from the inside out.

Swimming doesn’t just strengthen your body it reshapes your brain.
Studies show it boosts memory by increasing blood flow to the hippocampus (the brain’s memory center), helps regulate the nervous system, and even improves the depth and quality of your sleep.

The rhythmic motion.
The deep breathing.
The weightlessness in water.

It all sends signals to your brain: you’re safe, you’re present, you can rest.

And unlike many workouts, swimming stimulates both brain hemispheres, supporting neural growth, mood balance, and long-term brain health.

Because sometimes the fastest way to reset your mind…
is to float.
