More success this afternoon at the HST Masters meet in Inverness. Lachlan secured a gold in the 100m freestyle event along with a silver in the 100m Individual Medley. Matthew added a bronze to his collection for the 100m butterfly event. An astonishing four PBs for Lachlan and one PB for Matthew. HDST is beyond proud…..you are both AMAZING 🀩 πŸ…πŸ‘

Come along and give the Scottish Down Syndrome Swimming Festival a try!!

The event is open to any swimmer in Scotland who has Down syndrome and can swim at least 25metres unaided πŸŠβ€β™€οΈπŸŠβ€β™‚οΈπŸŠβ€β™€οΈπŸŠβ€β™‚οΈ

Swimmers are asked to arrive for:
-12.30-1pm Registration
-1.15pm Warm-up
-1.30pm Races Start
- Finish 5pm (approx.)

We are delighted to announce that entries are now open for the SDS Senior Swimming Championship for swimmers with a learning disability, supported by the Motability Scheme delivered in partnership with Scottish Swimming.
