We are pleased to introduce another great member of our team! Marta Sikora, Psychotherapist.

'Marta is a BABCP-accredited bilingual psychotherapist (English/Polish) who provides ADHD assessments and psychotherapy for adults, available both in person and online. She specializes in trauma and neurodivergence, taking a trauma-informed and neurodiversity-focused approach to support adults (18+) with complex difficulties, including trauma, PTSD, complex PTSD, anxiety, and low mood. Many of her clients navigate the intersection of autism, ADHD, and trauma, addressing challenges like sensory overwhelm, burnout, masking, self-criticism, identity struggles, social anxiety, relationship difficulties, and the impact of bullying, rejection, or discrimination.'
