I love October…there’s something about the cosy evenings, crisp air and autumn colours that just feels so comforting 🍁

Reflexology is simply a pause. It’s not a cure or won’t fix everything but it gives your nervous system a chance to calm, your mind a chance to soften and your body a chance to restore itself.

As part of my Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) course, I need to complete a case study.

RLD may be especially beneficial for those with:
• Lymphoedema / Lipoedema
• Fibromyalgia
• Autoimmune or inflammatory conditions

So if you have any of the above and are available for 4 regular foot reflexology treatments, either once or twice a week.
