🐴 Meet Snix 🐴

🐎 Snix has arthritis in his hocks

🏇This was his first ever laser session and he was not sure about the laser so I was using a brush to distract him and get him used to having the laser around his hocks

🐎 Snix has had hock injections in the past so was not wanting me to touch his hocks with the laser. The K laser can be used from a distance to help him get used to it and be more comfortable for future sessions

🐴 Meet Harley 🐴

Harley is 14 years old and was diagnosed with arthritis in his hocks.

He has been receiving a combination of McTimoney chiropractic, physiotherapy and a home exercise plan to help conservatively manage his condition.

Harley has improved a lot and it has been a team effort to help Harley with an amazing farrier and vet I have the pleasure of working with.

Here Harley is enjoying his treatment last week, he is always a pleasure to treat 💕

🐶 Maisie is my oldest canine patient at 15 years old. She loved her massage and laser on Saturday

Massage and laser helps to alleviate any pain, tension or discomfort

It can help to keep older animals mobile and comfortable and is a great preventative treatment for all ages

I love getting photos of clients doing their exercises 🌟

Exercises are not only good for strengthening and helping build muscle they can also be good bonding opportunities and help tire your dog out mentally as well

Hanny is turning 33 years old next month and although he isn’t still ridden he still gets massages to help him feel more comfortable and with his mobility

There is the opportunity to get into the hydrotherapy pool with a patient to feel the joints and use the techniques spoken about; if you wish to do so, please take of clothes suitable for the pool (i.e a wetsuit or long sleeve top and leggings) and your own towel.
