I can help with fears & phobias, quitting smoking, weight management, anxiety, trauma/emotional release therapy, PTSD, IBS relief, confidence, and so much more. Hypnotherapy is a very effective treatment and can bring about huge changes in your life. I have been practising Reiki since 2003 and teaching it since 2005. I teach Usui Reiki. Reiki is my passion. As well as Reiki sessions, I also offer Reiki classes. These are arranged at a time to suit you. My reiki courses are accredited by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM). I offer other holistic treatments which include Crystal light therapy bed, Massage, Hot stones, Himalayan hot stone massage, Kinetic Chain Release (KCR), Connective Tissue Release (CTR), Reflexology, Thai foot massage, Natural lift face massage, infrared sauna, Hopi ear candles, Tuning fork therapy, sound therapy, sound baths (individual or groups) Meditation classes (individual or groups). Some things I see every single week

People who are:

✨ Always “on” and constantly thinking, planning, doing and never truly switching off

✨ Overthinking everything, replaying conversations, worrying about things that haven’t even happened yet

✨ Putting everyone else first and themselves somewhere at the very bottom of the list

✨ Feeling exhausted but when they finally sit down, their mind just won’t stop

And one of the biggest things I notice

✨ They don’t realise how much they’re actually carrying because it becomes normal, the tension, the tiredness, the constant busy mind.

Until they come in, take that time for themselves
and start to feel what it’s like to truly relax again.

To feel calmer, clearer and lighter 💜

And then comes the realisation:
✨ “I didn’t realise I could feel this different.”

You don’t have to wait until you’re overwhelmed or burnt out to make a change.

Sometimes all it takes is giving yourself permission to pause and a little bit of the right support along the way 💜

Hypnotherapy for Anxiety

When you live with anxiety, it can feel like your body is constantly stuck in fight, flight or freeze, always on edge, overthinking, bracing for something to go wrong.

Your nervous system stays in survival mode. The mind won’t switch off. The body feels tense, tired or unsettled.

And after a while, it can start to feel like this is just the way you are.

It isn’t.

Hypnotherapy works by gently calming the nervous system and helping the subconscious feel safe enough to let go of old patterns. Instead of constantly reacting to perceived threats, your body can begin to move back into a state of rest, balance and control.
