There are many different beliefs and opinions about hypnotherapy however it is in fact a proven, safe, practical and very effective way to deal with lots of issues people come to face with on a daily basis. With today's society forever changing, more people are turning to alternative therapies including clinical hypnotherapy as it is the proven, safe and drug free alternative to mainstream medical intervention. Hypnotherapy is a positive, psychological and beneficial approach to helping overcome peoples issues with the use of hypnosis. Everyone goes into a natural form of hypnosis every day... for example whilst lost in a good book or film, or doing the ironing whilst watching the television. Hypnotherapy works by relaxing clients and making them feel at ease and then putting positive suggestions to the subconscious mind. The client can also be fully awake with the results being phenomenal and life changing. To name just a few - hypnotherapy is extremely effective in helping people overcome phobias, fears, anxiety and panic attacks, help reduce or eliminate the symptoms of IBS and hay fever, deal with relationship problems, trust and confidence issues, sports enhancement, exam worry, passing driving test, insomnia and sleep problems, breaking bad habits such as smoking & nail biting, bereavement, weight control and also child birth and children's problems. Building a close and good working relationship with my clients is of extreme importance to me as I believe that every client is different and should be treated with the up most respect and understanding. I specifically tailor every therapy plan to each individual client and everything is dealt with in the strictest of confidence. Hello everyone! For those who don't know already, I'm Chevonne and it's lovely to meet you! 🥰 (And I don't always look like that photo, trust me 🙈). I love my family, friends and being outdoors pottering about! I have a slight obsession with pandas and I'm still trying to be a good cook! 🤭

Hypnotherapy is my love, one of my babies. 🤍 My work is my life and I take care of it very much, always growing and learning behind the scenes but I have always been very private...

Now for the boring part... Although I have been doing Hypnotherapy for over 13 years now I am just getting used to using social media for my business. 🫠 Being honest, I am not a huge fan, as it can be a scary place and thankfully the majority of my clients come from word of mouth.

However, my online requests are growing too much for me to refuse so it's now time for me to adapt to the times and grow the business. 😍 Posting twice a year just isn't going to cut it 😑🤭🤣 So I am going to make a big effort to post here more often and let you all get to know me better!

This client has changed his life around in more ways than one. The effort, determination and consistency he has shown has been extraordinary. He wasn't happy with how his life was so he made the decision to change it and he did it! It wasn't always easy and like everything, it's an ongoing journey but this time on a very positive note.
