I have gritted paths and road to the best of my ability. It's taking its sweet time to melt, although the road is looking better with the traffic🚦going through the grit.
Please be careful.
Hopefully, the gritter will do Canal Road next. For some reason, these paths get missed every year.

I have been so busy that I forgot to say that I have updated joint Mobilizations. By doing a course on peripheral joint Mobilisations as practised by Maitland and Mulligan.
It was a great course held at Inverness Therapy Clinic by Gavin Cooper TQFE DARM DSpM CKTP IBFI SMTO
Body and Bike Therapy Ltd. Im looking forward to other courses in the future.
