This guy has more dedication than anyone I’ve seen with outstanding results transforming his body into what it is today, always turning up training eating well looking after his body and mind constantly booking in with myself making sure his body is in top form.

Of recent months his wife Patrica has been visiting also as she is in the gym a lot herself keeping herself strong 💪 the pair are amazing very much a power couple 🙌✨
