⚽ Throwing it back to last month. Residents at Leven Beach Care Home had an absolute ball ⚽

We were delighted to welcome the lovely Kieran from our local East Fife Football Club, who led our monthly fitness programme with energy and enthusiasm. His visit brought smiles, movement, and a real sense of team spirit to the home.

Our residents were full of praise, saying how much they enjoyed the session and how great it felt to get moving together. It’s always wonderful to see everyone so engaged and uplifted! 🎉

A huge thank you to Kieran and East Fife FC for helping us stay active and connected through sport and laughter.

🐮✨ A Moo-velous Day Out with Daviot Care Home! ✨🐮

Some of our lovely residents enjoyed a heartwarming trip to Farm Ness, where they had the chance to meet and feed some friendly Highland cows!

It was a joyful afternoon filled with smiles, fresh air, and gentle moments with these iconic Scottish animals. 🌿We’re so grateful to our colleagues who helped make this outing so special.

💐 A wee throwback to Flower arranging fun at Kelvinside Manor! 🏡✨

We all had a lovely morning getting creative with flower arranging!

Our residents made beautiful vases of fresh blooms now proudly on display around the home, along with some stunning table centrepieces 🌷🌼

It was a relaxing and joyful activity that brought colour, conversation, and smiles to everyone involved 💙😊

⚽️ Championship Day Out at Toryglen Regional Football Park with Antonine House Care Home! 🏆🫖

We were thrilled to be invited by our amazing Friday Fitbaw team to take part in a championship event at Toryglen Regional Football Park - and what a day it was! 🎉👏

Our residents loved the scenic drive, spotting familiar parts of Glasgow they hadn’t seen in years. Once there, they took part in six exciting activity stations, competing alongside other care homes with plenty of team spirit and laughter! 😄💪

The day ended with tea, biscuits, a lovely presentation, and of course - medals for their fantastic effort! 🥇💛

A huge thank you to the brilliant team at Fitbaw for making this happen. We’re already counting down to next year! 🙌

🚤Canal adventures with Kelvinside Manor!🚤

We had a lovely afternoon cruising down the Kirkintilloch Canal on a Seagull Trust barge trip! The sun was shining, the views were beautiful, and the company was even better 🌿😊

Our residents truly enjoyed the peaceful journey, sharing stories, laughter, and making memories together. We’re already looking forward to our next trip at the end of the week! 🛶✨

🚢 Day Trips Are What It’s All About! 🚢

Residents from Forthland Lodge Care Home enjoyed a wonderful day out on the Union Canal, thanks to the brilliant team at Seagull Trust Cruises. 🌿✨

From the moment we stepped aboard, the atmosphere was filled with excitement and curiosity. The gentle cruise gave everyone the chance to relax, chat and take in the stunning scenery — with plenty of laughter along the way. 💙

Outings like these are so important. They bring new experiences, spark conversations, and create shared memories that last long after the day itself.

A heartfelt thank you to the amazing volunteers whose warmth, kindness and good humour made the day so special. ❤️
