What is health?

I have been thinking about feminist criticism of objectification. Because men really need to include this in their culture. The constant consumption of fitness content or films that centre steroidally enhanced men is poisoning mens minds. Not to mention the low resolution ethics and culture.
Mens mental health has never been worse. We can actually in so many ways to help ourselves.
Nature walks with N4H .
Getting a personal trainer who emphasises health rather than six packs.
Listening to people talking about wider issues in health like Bryan Johnson.
And being way way more selective with screen time.
