As i do more cardio ( + some better sleep) my internal feeling is changing. Being consistent doing easy cardio is making me somehow feel cleaner. Like impurities in me are being burned up. I urge you to get a buddy and get to the aquadome to exercise or if you are a client and want to row, come to mine no charge!
I havent pushed hard enough for runners high, this is just common or garden feeling better but i had forgotten this feeling. Good habits bear fruit slowly sometimes...

You can smoke ma*****na, eat chocolate. Or to get the same feel good endocannabinoids these substances carry you could exercise. Exercise provokes those chemicals. Oh and g***a has elements of addictive withdrawal if you stop. ..
