Everything is not always how it first appears. Cover the middle line between the 2 colours so it is covered completely. On first glance the 2 colours are different and yet by covering the middle line they are the same.

How does this apply to life? Hopefully this will serve as a reminder that not everything in life is always as it seems. This applies to our perception of others, life events and our own behaviour is perceived by others.

Life has been very busy the last 4 weeks ♥️ welcome to the world Caelan ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ to say I'm smitten is an understatement! Absolutely love this little toot more than words. That being said, postpartum is no joke and wow no amount of professional training can prepare you for the reality! A new understanding and a new appreciation I will take forwards when working with my clients. For now I'm loving and treasuring those special newborn cuddles ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
