🌷Dear HSP - what is it your inner child wanted but never got 🌷that resulted in your deep scaring and childhood trauma ? 🌷

🌷’Trying to get a difficult person to be good to you? 🌷

🌷yes!! 🌷Felt like a mountain you had to climb when that’s all you ever wanted was their love and kindness 🌷Dear one 🌷You have endured many difficult people in your childhood and they were not good to you 🌷be honest 🌷it was tough for you wasn’t it ?🌷

🌷The book ‘let them’ by Mel Robbin’s everyone’s talking about 🌷is exactly geared around this subject 🌷as an energy healer 🌷though we can see the effects living or working with difficult relationships in the energy body 🌷tears rips cuts psychic wounds the aura takes it all on board 🌷it’s not that easy to ‘let them’ without having some damaging effects to the aura field🌷 and you can’t shield yourself all the time !🌷

🌷 being around the difficult ones 🌷is torture to the HSP 🌷taking on board everything they say !🌷every rejection 🌷harsh word 🌷neglect 🌷cruel act 🌷sits like a stone of weight in the aura field 🌷 it feels like ‘danger’ not difficult 🌷sensitive souls can’t take these experiences in the energy body 🌷without creating some dis -ease 🌷pain and suffering 🌷the leading to burn out and mental emotional exhaustion 🌷

🌷Good am beautiful highly sensitive souls 🌷the heightened energies with mercury and Venus going into alignment have resulted in extreme challenges 🌷 for last 36 hours 🌷creating feelings of burn out 🌷overwhelming pain coming to surface 🌷feeling over burdened 🌷hopelessness 🌷a tsunami wave of toxic energy came to the surface 🌷creating a caotic ripple effect in the collective conscious 🌷so you may have felt all over the place the last few days🌷and were called to rest lay down during that time 🌷

🌷good news ! the energy will be a lot lighter today 🌷but be gentle though 🌷 the effects of last few days are still clearing 🌷drink plenty 🌷

How did it look on the planet ?
🌷arguments appearing from no where with loved ones and strangers 🌷creating seperation🌷
🌷outbursts of emotions 🌷
🌷signing of sick or unable to mentally emotionally function properly at work /family🌷
🌷fears of the future arising 🌷feeling unsafe and insecure 🌷
🌷feelings of disconnect from the divine 🌷even though it’s impossible to separate 🌷
🌷fears around money 🌷not having enough 🌷
🌷feelings of despair 🌷hopelessness 🌷
🌷anger at the ones you love 🌷
🌷blaming guilting and shaming those around you 🌷
🌷thinking your going mad 🌷

🌷If you’ve had any of the above 🌷it was partly due to the old toxic system that’s been breaking its fragments through you 🌷you may have felt very toxic 🌷 its not you 🌷only the collective patterns arising !🌷all is well 🌷

🌷Forgive 🌷let go 🌷breathe and see the pattern /shadow of the 3rd humanity must arise to ascend collectively for change 🌷there are many souls still vibrating in 3RD low frequency light 🌷stuck in low vibration 🌷asleep no awareness of responsibility to the earth or choices they are making creating reality 🌷they will struggle the most 🌷

🌷but many souls are vibrating in 4th D consciousness 🌷with a connection to the heart chakra awakening to forgiveness and observing people who are carrying unconscious patterning which causes harm to others🌷 with an awakening comes the bigger picture and 4TH D people see beyond the veil of the physical world 🌷 do no harm on earth 🌷the soul is precious 🌷and continues to live in 🌷

5TH D people- are community beings with a high frequency awareness vibrating on a compassionate consciousness for all sentient beings to be fairly treated 🌷and are in service to the planet through sacred self awakening practices 🌷creating lights of truths everywhere they go 🌷with kindness and love 🌷living more in bliss awareness 🌷they can ascend lower consciousness to vibrate with the divine plan 🌷

🌷6D souls are light christed children often seen as Masters on earth 🌷they vibrate too high for the physical body and llabeled as autistic children and adults 🌷they have pure light bodies of innocence and cannot be contained by the system 🌷they are the teachers of Christ 🌷unconditional love 🌷

🌷There are more conscious beings on earth vibrating on 7-8th D consciousness 🌷they tend to be solitary masters 🌷and global light leader such as the Dala lama 🌷 meditating on the divine plan for humanity creates mastershio 🌷not many attain that consciousness 🌷only the soul returning many times can vibrate on this level of mastership 🌷

🌷but as we ascend at our own speed 🌷we change 🌷not only does it becomes impossible to maintain the life we once had 🌷we will see our old lives die away 🌷all old energy that no longer vibrates on love must go 🌷this is part of the divine plan 🌷don’t fear it 🌷you are never alone 🌷and are ascending with source 🌷

🌷Those that are becoming aware are changing dramatically 🌷changes with lifestyle 🌷job 🌷diet 🌷relationships 🌷and are often called to help others to do the same 🌷 the one thing you can always take control of is yourself 🌷and your own ‘bad’ negatives habits/patterns 🌷so keep doing the inner cleanse 🌷

🌷Our message today is to clean yourself up 🌷throw out the negative habits patterns that don’t work for you 🌷shift out the old to ascend to the new 🌷you are getting ‘cleaned’ out anyway so don’t resist the change 🌷step up self care practices 🌷release toxic energy 🌷and move to the light 🌷
