We run a physio led exercise class at the Axis Centre, Newmachar every Saturday at 9am.

Although aimed at horse riders this class includes general body conditioning exercises and is open to everyone.

Ideal for those with health conditions who require exercises to be modified. The small class size ensures you get the attention you require.

The cost is £50 for a 6 week block Or £9 per week PAYG. The class lasts approximately 1 hour.
