Well that’s the last clinic of the year all done. Thank you to all our wonderful clients over the last year, particularly Garioch Rugby club who has supported the clinic. Also to Energie fitness for ongoing support at the gym and also Garioch Massage therapy as they start using the therapy room at the gym. Biggest thank you of all to Kerry and Jack who has started on a Wednesday evening!

From Wednesday we have a new physio staring to see patients from the clinic, welcome Jack!

Jack graduated from Keele University in 2017 and has since gained a broad range of clinical experiences, currently working as a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist for NHS Grampian.

Jack is a keen rock climber, spending lots of time at the bottom of the sea cliffs on the Aberdeen coast and further afield in Scotland.

This has led to Jack developing an interest in injuries associated with rock climbing and other outdoor sports.

His clinical interest include injuries or the hand and upper limb, return to sport post-injury/surgery and the application of strength and conditioning principles to rehabilitation. Jack is also an associate member of the UK Strength and Conditioning Association.
