Prana Mama Yoga was established by Elisabeth Barron, a local, mum of two. Elisabeth is passionate about Yoga and all the benefits that it can bring to pregnant women and those recovering from childbirth and adjusting to being a mum. Currently, Prana Mama Yoga runs an 8 Week Pregnancy Yoga Course that is open to a small group of mums-to-be. Sessions are held in a warm, relaxed and supportive enviro

nment. They feature gentle and safe exercises to strengthen and tone the body along with breathing and relaxation techniques to help connect with baby, prepare for childbirth and motherhood. Each session focuses on a different topic and participants receive user-friendly information to help them along their journey into parenthood. Suitable for pregnant women from 14 weeks to full term, for beginners or advanced. Get in touch to discuss one-to-one Pre or Postnatal Yoga sessions.
