🌷🪴 A Blooming Lovely Day Out for Grove Care Home! 🪴🌷

Today was our much-anticipated trip to the garden centre in Inverurie — and what a treat it was! 🌞🌻

Residents Anna and Eric had a brilliant time picking out some beautiful bulbs for us to plant this September — we can’t wait to see the garden come to life!

Of course, no outing is complete without a cheeky cuppa and a slice of cake 🍰☕ — which they both thoroughly enjoyed!

🌞 Music, Movement & Outdoor Moments at Grove Care Home! 🌞🎶

Today was all about music and sensory fun at The Grove — and it turned into a full-on party!

With tunes filling the air and smiles all around, a few of us couldn’t resist a dance or two. And with the sunshine on our side, we decided to enjoy our lunch outdoors — the perfect way to soak up the good vibes!

🎉🎱 Bingo Time at Grove! 🎱🎉

It was eyes down and smiles all round as our residents enjoyed a lively game of bingo here at Grove Care Home!

The excitement was high, the numbers were flying, and the sweet treats made for perfect prizes — a lovely way to spend the afternoon together.

🛒🍪 Shopping Trip Smiles! 🍪🛒

With the sunshine still gracing us, JoJo, Erik, Dorothy and June headed out for a lovely little shopping trip — picking up some of their favourite snacks and juice along the way!

It’s always a treat to enjoy the fresh air, browse the shelves, and share a few laughs with friends. These moments of independence and joy mean so much to our residents!

Eric, Anna, Jean and Betty had an absolute blast mixing, chatting and sharing smiles. There’s nothing quite like the joy of baking together and the smell of fresh cake filling the home!

It was time to roll up our sleeves and get baking at Grove Care Home — and today’s treat was a delicious lemon drizzle cake! 🍰🍋

Eric, Anna, and Betty were all keen to help, bringing smiles, laughter, and plenty of enthusiasm. The scent of fresh lemon and cake filled the air, and we can confirm — it tasted just as good as it smelled!

🐶💖 Celebrating International Dog Day with Buddy! 🎉🌟

Anna and JoJo from Grove Care Home had a paw-sitively lovely time spending the morning with Buddy, one of our activities coordinator’s adorable pooches 🐾🐕

Buddy brought smiles, cuddles, and plenty of tail wags as we celebrated International Dog Day together! It’s amazing how much joy a furry friend can bring

Our creative session at Grove Care Home was full of imagination and fun as Arlene took the lead in recreating Castle Fraser using building blocks! Her focus and flair brought the iconic landmark to life, one brick at a time
