🎄✂️ Christmas Cheer Starts Early at Grove! 🎨💌

It might feel a little early, but we couldn’t wait to get into the festive spirit!

Our residents have been busy creating beautiful handmade Christmas cards to share with the wonderful local businesses who support us here in Kemnay 🎅🏽🖍️

With glitter, glue, and lots of giggles, the arts and crafts table was full of joy and creativity. A huge thank you to our amazing colleagues for helping make this such a heart-warming activity 💖

🎄✨ Christmas Gala Gratitude! 🎁💫

A heartfelt thank you to all the wonderful stall holders who joined us for our Christmas Gala, and to everyone who came along to support us — your kindness and generosity truly made the day magical 🎅🏽🛍️

Thanks to your support, we raised a fantastic £750 for our residents’ fund! This will go a long way in helping us create even more joyful moments and meaningful experiences 💖

We’re so grateful to be part of such a caring and supportive local community. Thank you for making this event so special!

🎖️ Honouring Remembrance in Kemnay 🎶

Sidney joined the local school children from both the primaries and the academy at the war memorial in Kemnay village for a moving day of reflection and remembrance.

The minister led a heartfelt prayer, and the talented academy pupils played the bagpipes and shared thoughtful words about what the war means to them. Their voices and music brought a powerful sense of community and gratitude to the occasion 🎵🕊️

Sidney thoroughly enjoyed the day — especially the stirring sound of the bagpipes — and was proud to be part of such a meaningful tribute

🍂🚶♀️ A Brisk Autumn Stroll to the River! 🌊

There’s nothing like fresh air and beautiful scenery to lift the spirits! Today, Dorothy and Eric enjoyed a relaxing walk to the river, taking in the crisp autumn breeze and the peaceful surroundings. 🍁✨

Our colleagues were on hand to make sure everyone felt comfortable and could truly enjoy the moment. 💛

🐾🐱 Pet Therapy at Grove Care Home! ❤️

Today was all about cuddles and smiles as our residents enjoyed a visit from Tom the cat!

🐾 His gentle nature and soothing purrs brought so much joy and calm to everyone.

A big thank you to our lovely colleague Lauren, who kindly brought Tom in to meet everyone – what a treat! 🌟

Today’s activity brought smiles all around as our residents enjoyed a lively and colourful parachute session!
The room was filled with laughter, movement, and a wonderful sense of teamwork as everyone joined in the fun.

These sessions are a fantastic way to stay active, connect with others, and enjoy a bit of playful joy — and our residents absolutely loved it! 💛👏

🍂🎨 Autumn Crafts at Grove Care Home! 🎨🍂

With the wind blowing and the rain falling outside, our residents embraced the season indoors by collecting colourful leaves and creating beautiful autumn wreaths! 🍁🧡

These handmade decorations will soon be brightening up room doors throughout the home — and we’ve got the seal of approval from JoJo, Sybil, June and Rena! 👏

A huge thank you to our lovely colleagues for supporting this creative afternoon. It’s amazing what a little teamwork and imagination can do! 🌟
