Come to class to enjoy strong, accessible movement, stretch & relax as a healthy routine✨ Welcome to this page offering Yoga Classes Online and around Inverurie, Aberdeenshire, including Yoga Courses and Events in Aberdeen. I'm a qualified Yoga Teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga with 15 years teaching experience. The level and style taught is accessible for all abilities and relevant to those with busy or competitive lives. The aim is to gradually build strength, flexibility and to relax. I teach Yoga to youngsters through Aberdeenshire's Active Schools in the Inverurie & Meldrum schools network and to Colony Park U16 Girls FC. And I'm a Tutor on Yoga’s Scotland Foundation Course for those seeking to deepen their practice and understanding of Yoga philosophy, and to aspiring Yoga teachers taking their first step towards a teaching qualification. Enjoying book about the Blitz Club in London where Rusty brought a Bowie inspired movement together bound by late 70’s emerging music which still sounds amazing 45 years on 🩵

Barre regulars : inspiration for more great music coming up. After all … what’s the point of moving, expressing ourselves and sweating unless it’s to the quality of music like these guys pioneered 🎵

Did you know there are 3 weekly BARRE CLASSES held at Daviot Village Hall, near Inverurie on MON 12 PM, MON 6 PM & FRI 9.15 AM?

They are open to anyone who loves moving and exercising to great music. If you're looking for a decent workout which flows and feels enjoyable rather than a grind - this is definitely for you....

BARRE (pronounced "bar") comes from the strong warm ups used in dance and ballet. We move rhythmically to the beat of great music using a dance bar or chair for support. Expect to sweat, smile and move on every beat. You'll love the creative expression felt through the music AND discover strength in your upper body, legs, glutes and core.

No experience needed and all abilities welcome! Pick a suitable time and get booked up NOW for a drop-in class or class pass!

These are supportive, light-hearted, friendly classes with me, Rona a local experienced Yoga Teacher of 18 years and qualified Barre Instructor of 2 years.

MUSIC : People tell me they love the music which is carefully curated from the last 6 decades to the present day.

Classes start 27 October
Mon classes are 45 mins. Fri classes are an hour.

Class Costs
£9 Drop-in or get a 6 Class Pass at £48 which allows you to come to any class within 3 months.
