Our Sauna Blanket has officially arrived yesterday and we’re so excited to begin introducing this into treatments from June ✨

This addition has been carefully chosen to complement the work we already do through Kinetic Chain Release (KCR), Myofascial Release, recovery treatments and nervous system support.

The gentle infrared heat helps the body relax deeply, making it a beautiful addition for clients experiencing:

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to share a quick update, due to a bulging disc in my lower back, I’ll be taking some time off to rest and recover properly.

Because of this, there are currently no appointments available for the time being.

This isn’t something I’ve taken lightly, but I want to make sure I heal fully so I can come back and continue giving you the best care possible.

If you had an appointment booked, I have been in touch and will rearrange as soon as I’m back. You’ll all be prioritised when I reopen my diary.
