Hey Everyone 👋
So while I have been quiet on here I have been busy in the background!
I am pleased to announce that I am now able to offer DBT therapy!
This has honestly been a great joy to learn and to be able to pass on the skills to help you change difficult and problematic behaviours in times of distress.
Over the next couple of days I will be uploading more information about what DBT therapy is, What to expect from sessions and how different aspects can help you in everyday life!
