A sunrise image made using the acrylic and oil pastel sgraffito technique ☀️
We love the rough edges and lines you can get using this technique, we think it creates a really lovely effect 🌟
The sgraffito technique: apply a good layer of oil pastel to your paper, then apply acrylic paint over the top. Once the acrylic is dry, use something like a cocktail stick or skewer to scratch into the surface!

We're at the Suffolk Show again this year! 🌞
If you're coming along to the show stop by our tent for a little creativity - we'll have our art materials and postcards with us again, and you can create some art to display or take home!
We had an amazing time last year and are looking forward to being at the show again this year!

Flowing watercolour cats 😸
These were made by painting rough cat shapes in watercolour that touched so the colours flowed into each other then, once dry, using a pen to give the cat shapes personalities! 😺😼😽🙀😾😻

We've had a wonderful week at 142 Gallery in Felixstowe 🌟 It's been lovely to exhibit the art made by the people we work with, and brilliant to meet all the people who popped in to say hello and make some art with us. (More photos of the amazing postcards made coming soon!)
