Yesterday was our very own Jimmy's 40th birthday - he has been off this week being spoilt and having a well-deserved break. Happy birthday Jimmy!

Last Friday, we closed the clinic for the day. On purpose.

Not to slow things down - but to make everything better.

Our annual planning day is where we step back from the day-to-day and ask:
• How can we deliver even better care?
• What do our patients need more of?
• How do we keep raising our standards - together?

Walls covered. Ideas flowing. Honest conversations.
About systems, service, communication, and how we support people through recovery - not just treat injuries.

Today we had our post-Christmas Pilates lunch, with some of our lovely Pilates clients.

It was great to relax, eat and talk without the threat of Lyndsey or Lauren cracking the whip at any point!

(They enjoy the gentle torture really, although would never admit it 🤣)

Today we had a visit from the fantastic to interview Jimmy for a TV segment about ACL injuries in women's football - ACL rehabilitation being Jimmy's area of expertise...watch this space for more!

Despite the odd angle, no cameramen were hurt in the making of this broadcast...

As always, it was lovely to have Connor in the clinic and we look forward to seeing the final result!

120km in 24 hours. 5km every hour, on the hour.

That is what Henry ran this weekend, with the support of friends and family and a huge dose of self-discipline and perseverance.

It was hard. He was tired. Wanted to give up. But didn't.

He saw it through to the end, and in the process, raised a huge amount of money for the charity
Footsteps.

6 years ago, Alpha Physiotherapy began in one small room - with a big belief that everyone deserves the same world-class care.

Through COVID closures, PPE days, and thousands of treatment sessions later, we’ve grown into a team of 8, helping people from newborns to 90-year-olds move again, live again, and do the things they love.

We’ve been honoured with awards, surrounded by an incredible team, and trusted by our amazing community.
