Your thoughts and the words you speak are all sending a frequency to your body and you are literally adding to an environment of FEAR or an environment of LOVE
Everything comes from one or the other.
Remember when you feel anxious and then your mind starts to pull in all the other stories that are adding to that anxiety and exaggerating it, one story leads to another and your body becomes bombarded with fear
I noticed this happening to me the other day and I felt paralysed and totally consumed by it. My body physically tensed up and felt excruciatingly tight.
After a while of struggling, I realised how much I was fighting it and when I remembered to I stopped. What a relief that moment was.
When you’re feeling so overwhelmed it’s such a hard concept to regain a grip of as the self sabotage gremlin has settled in.
It takes effort to change the course of the mind but it’s totally worth it. I honestly don’t know if I had have been able to cope if I didn’t know what I know now…
So the moment you feel your body and remember to have faith, that is when you can pull yourself out of trouble.
Literally your thoughts and responses are creating either an environment of love or an environment of fear inside your body. That is what they mean when they say your vibe- to change your vibe you have to change your thoughts and responses.
This is the sort of way I teach through the embodiment classes, the circles and the 1:1’s I hold.
