Consistency beats motivation.
Small, reliable daily habits are what build success, not short bursts of motivation.
Because let’s be honest… motivation doesn’t last.
Anna is a busy mum of two, working full time.
I’ve seen her walk into the gym straight after work tired, low on energy, and not feeling it at all.
But she still shows up.
She remembers her why.
And she knows she always feels better after.
From 1:1 PT to group strength and boxing sessions 🥊, Anna puts the work in.
She’s made better food choices, increased her steps where possible (no easy task with a sedentary job), and stayed consistent even when life was busy.
She’s now doing things she never thought she could, lifting heavy, box jumps and growing in confidence every step of the way.
Friendships have grown, confidence has soared, and 20kg has been dropped.
Anna brings humour and kindness to every session…..always lifting others up along the way.
