This little gym of mine 💛 It’s so much more than just workouts & reps.

It’s community. It’s connection. It’s showing up for each other inside & outside of the gym walls.

We lift weights yes 💪 but we also lift each other!

Whether it’s early morning dips (this has become our new fave thing 😍) grabbing a coffee before class or cheering each other on through life’s messy middle.

We move together!

Throwing it back to Saturday, when myself & some of my crazy clients got up at 3am 😃 ready to head down to Felixstowe for sunrise yoga on the beach 🌅

What a beautiful way to start the day/summer!

Some of us even braved it & had a dip (it was surprisingly warmer than I thought it would be)

Followed by coffee, croissants & Bootcamp 😍

I am definitely up for doing this again! 🙋‍♀️
