Every obstacle smashed (apart from those cheeky monkey bars 😅), every teammate lifted — we BOSSed that Hog together!

I’m so PROUD of every single one of you! 💪

I had the loveliest message from someone I used to train after she had babies 😍

I am so proud of you! ⭐️

I LOVE hearing from all my clients, even if I don’t see you anymore, I promise I want to hear all of your wins 💕….. once a client always a client!

That’s what it’s all about for me — building strength, knowledge and self-belief that last far beyond our sessions. 💪💙

🚨 EXCITING NEWS 🚨

🔹After competing in the Deadly Dozen in Birmingham this August, I was hooked.

🔸The training, the race day atmosphere — everything was so friendly, inclusive, and brilliantly organised.

🔹It inspired me to take things up a notch at our bootcamps 😛

🔸I’m now a fully qualified Master Coach and thrilled to have officially joined the Deadly Dozen Squad 💀 .dozen

🔹 While my space doesn’t allow me to host official gym races, I can still run Deadly Dozen Fitness Tests (DFTs) and bring the concept into our 1-2-1 sessions and Group Training.

🔸My goal? To get as many of you as possible signed up for a race!

🔹It’s the perfect way to give yourself a fresh focus, elevate your training, and embrace performance-based fitness.

🌟 Client Spotlight ⭐️

Meet Roxi, my early morning riser 👋

She has made herself a priority— reaching out for support, investing in personal training, and even buying a new bike 🚲 so she can cycle to me and to the office when she’s not working from home.

💪 Small changes = BIG results!

Roxi trains with me twice a week:
✨ 1x Face-to-Face PT Session
✨ 1x Boxing Class 🥊

She’s already proving to herself that she’s far more capable than she ever believed.

From feeling unstable on a bike to smashing through circuits with barely a pause — her strength, stamina, and confidence are all growing week by week.

And here’s the best part… Rox has discovered she actually enjoys her workouts (I mean, she keeps coming back for more 😉).

Her physical transformation is well underway — but for now, I couldn’t be prouder of the progress she’s made and the confidence she’s found. This is just the beginning! 🚀

Yes, I do 👋 this was me yesterday morning! You are not alone.

These are some small but powerful ways to reset when your mind feels heavy!
Even one can shift your whole day ☀️

As soon as I moved my body, put on an uplifting girly playlist 🎵 and messaged my boxing instructor to pencil in a coffee date/boxing sesh 🥊 😛 I felt better instantly!!!
