If you haven't already guessed, my big passion is improving the mental health, mindset, confidence and self love for all women! Moving is one way to release those endorphins and do that but one of the most overlooked things that help with these things massively is nutrition and lifestyle!
Getting the right nutrition, enough sleep and keeping hydrated are the easiest things to make a change with and Lets Glow can provide info and advice on that too!
I will be running weekly breakfast clubs if this is something of interest to you!
As I have said before girls, never train on empty because of the harmful cortisol accumulation! Make sure you have something to fuel yourselves before the session on Thurs! Check out the slides below!
