Welcome the newest member of the clinic, Milo. Born on Tuesday the 9th of December weighing 8lb 10oz.

We are doing really well and so chuffed with our new arrival ❤️❤️❤️

Hi guys!

Hope you've all been well! We've been busy getting things ready for Baby Mason's arrival! I think Mykel suits a baby carrier 😍, thank goodness we have a doll to practice! Thank you all for your well wishes and kind words, we've been so touched 🤩!

We also wanted to remind people that we are due very soon 😜 so do keep an eye for calls, emails and messages on here, just in case Mykel is called away. We will get in touch to confirm any changes with you directly!

Just to make people aware, there will be a go-slow tractor protest tomorrow (Monday) from 10.00am until 4.00pm. Please bear this in mind when travelling to the clinic for your appointments.

Just letting you all know, the 2- hour free parking on Friars Bridge Road is now paid parking ( angrily shakes fist)!

Hi guys!

Just messaging with a little update, Mason Family Chiropractic will be welcoming a tiny new member of the team! Due in December!

We are very pleased to say that after 5 years, 3 rounds of IVF, 1 loss, we are finally welcoming a little one into our family!

So there'll be a few slight changes coming up in the year, but please don't worry, we are still here for you!

Feel free to get in touch if you have any concerns, we will update you all with any changes.

If you can believe it, this week marks the 3rd birthday of Mason Family Chiropractic 🎊🥳🎉!! It's crazy!!! So I thought I'd grab a few snaps from when we first set up!

We are so fortunate! It's an absolute pleasure to be able to treat and advise those who come to us! So glad we can help!

Tip of the week this week is all about........healthy snacks!! Or at least healthier😋!

Found this one online a while ago when I had to make a gluten free snack! There's basically 4 ingredients for my version:
- Chopped Dates
- Quinoa
- Dark Chocolate (70% ideally)
- Peanut Butter/ Tahini (optional)

First, chop the dates, this is messy! Then prep the melted chocolate in a bain marie, and slowly melt.

Now the hard bit, to "pop" the quinoa! Seems unusual but it works really well, good for you and gluten-free amongst other things! This bit takes some practice, but take a shallow frying pan, put on medium heat and watched as they start to go golden and some pop like popcorn.

Mix together, put in some cupcake moulds and cool in the fridge.

Tastes fantastic! Very Healthy!
