My name is Laura and I have PCOS. I’ve created this page because I have struggled for years to manage my PCOS symptoms. It’s taken every trick in the book for me to realise that the answer was right in front of my eyes.

Switching my lifestyle and mindset to one that promotes natural remedies to manage my PCOS has been the best thing I’ve ever done.
