Your guest(s) will be able to get to know FireTiger Fitness 🔥🐯 and find out what we’re all about. I’ll be there to answer any questions and chat about how I can support them moving forward.

One step at a time 👣

Fitness doesn’t need to feel overwhelming.

You don’t need to get lost in the big picture when things feel a bit much. Yes, stop to admire the view - but on the days where it feels impossible, just focus on that next step. Right here, right now.
It’s not about doing everything perfectly.

It’s simply taking the next step… and then the next.

Some days that looks like a full session.
Some days it is just getting out for a walk.
Both count.

Progress isn’t made in big, dramatic moments - it’s built in these quiet, consistent ones.

Just keep putting one foot in front of the other.

They say you can take the girl out of the training space, but you can’t take the training out of the girl. 🔥🐯

I think it’s just that once you’ve earned your stripes, they stay with you wherever you go. 🥳

In this example: Our morning run was intersected with finding a bar and some space for a few sets before finishing the route. Not because I felt I “had” to or because I was chasing a calorie goal - but because movement is just how I look after myself.

It’s an identity, not a chore.

But honestly? The best part of my holiday wasn’t my own training. ☀️

It was the messages I kept getting from my clients while I was away. 👊

They weren’t waiting for me to get back to “start again.” They were out running, lifting at home, and getting stuck into manual jobs they’d previously avoid.

Using what we’ve built in our sessions and making it work for them in the real world. 🙌

That is the ultimate goal. Not just being “fit,” but having the confidence and the ownership to just... get on with it. Because now movement is part of them.

🔥 The fear of “keeping up” is the biggest barrier to starting. 🔥

In the wider world, group training often feels like a race to a “standard” that wasn’t set with you in mind.

At FireTiger Fitness, the narrative is different.

Group sessions are built around shared movements, but the intensity is entirely personal. It’s about finding your own edge in a space that respects where you are today.

The sessions are kept to a maximum of 5️⃣ so the coaching stays individual. You might be lifting 5kg or 100kg, or finding the box height that builds your confidence - the effort is what counts. Some days the focus is control, others it’s pushing the pace; either way, the challenge is always matched to your capability.

While you’re focused on your own 🏆 , you’re surrounded by women doing exactly the same. We work side-by-side, support each other, and make sure no one is ever left behind.

In the wider world, “leg day” is often focused on how things look - building a certain shape or hitting a specific number on a machine.

At FireTiger Fitness, the approach is different. 🔥🐯

Real life is unilateral. Whether you’re stepping off a high curb, turning quickly to catch something, running🏃‍♀️, falling down and getting back up, or getting in and out of the car with a heavy bag, your body is constantly managing its weight on one leg.

Episode 3 of The FireTiger Chronicles is all about the energy. ⚡️

Yes, we train to get stronger.
Yes, we train for sport (and to hit a bit harder on the rugby pitch! 🏉).

But also...

We train for the vibes!
Because it feels good.
Because it’s a space where you can just be yourself.
Because, as Sarah B says, “she kinda makes exercise fun.” 😉

For a lot of the women I work with, that’s the bit they didn’t expect. They thought it would be intimidating or something they’d have to “get through.” Instead, it becomes the part of their week they actually look forward to.

You can’t protect what you don’t strengthen. 🐯

Meet Abby. Before FireTiger Fitness, chronic back pain wasn’t just a “tweak”—it was debilitating. It meant time off work, seeing a physio with no results, and the heavy weight of guilt that comes with not being able to show up for the children she cares for in her active, manual job.

In the wider world, she was told to “rest” 😴 and “be careful.” 🤷‍♀️

At FireTiger Fitness, we changed the narrative. I gave Abby the tools 🛠️ to see that you don’t protect a back by avoiding movement - you protect it by getting strong. Abby embraced it, and she’s had 0️⃣ problems since.

Together, we mastered the hinge, perfected the brace, and built the “armour” her body needed to handle her busy life. She went from a nervous 30kg to a confident 95kg for reps.

🤩 Now, I know what some of you are thinking: “I don’t want to lift 95kg.”

And that’s okay. You don’t have to. The weight on the bar isn’t the point—it’s just the evidence of what Abby became capable of once she stopped fearing the movement.

Most women massively underestimate their own capacity because no one has ever shown them how to tap into it. Abby didn’t just get “stronger”; she became capable, confident, and powerful. 💪 🙌 ☺️

The result? She hasn’t had a single back issue since she started training. She’s unhindered from doing the job she loves, more capable than ever. (Don’t believe me? Ask Abby! 😄)

We hinge every single day. Picking up a box, a child, or a heavy bag - that’s a deadlift pattern.

If you’ve ever felt a “tweak” in daily life, it’s not always because the movement is bad. It’s usually because the body wasn’t prepared for the load at that moment.

In “The Space,” we don’t just lift heavy things. We teach you how to move with intention, creating internal pressure (bracing) to protect your spine, engage your core and build the strength to handle real life.
