You can’t protect what you don’t strengthen. 🐯
Meet Abby. Before FireTiger Fitness, chronic back pain wasn’t just a “tweak”—it was debilitating. It meant time off work, seeing a physio with no results, and the heavy weight of guilt that comes with not being able to show up for the children she cares for in her active, manual job.
In the wider world, she was told to “rest” 😴 and “be careful.” 🤷♀️
At FireTiger Fitness, we changed the narrative. I gave Abby the tools 🛠️ to see that you don’t protect a back by avoiding movement - you protect it by getting strong. Abby embraced it, and she’s had 0️⃣ problems since.
Together, we mastered the hinge, perfected the brace, and built the “armour” her body needed to handle her busy life. She went from a nervous 30kg to a confident 95kg for reps.
🤩 Now, I know what some of you are thinking: “I don’t want to lift 95kg.”
And that’s okay. You don’t have to. The weight on the bar isn’t the point—it’s just the evidence of what Abby became capable of once she stopped fearing the movement.
Most women massively underestimate their own capacity because no one has ever shown them how to tap into it. Abby didn’t just get “stronger”; she became capable, confident, and powerful. 💪 🙌 ☺️
The result? She hasn’t had a single back issue since she started training. She’s unhindered from doing the job she loves, more capable than ever. (Don’t believe me? Ask Abby! 😄)
