We are an Outstanding -rated caring and professional homecare provider offering companionship and home help, specialist dementia care, personal care and other services for you or your loved one . Right at Home Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe is proud to deliver care in Ipswich, Claydon, Bramford, Copdock, Wherstead, Nacton, Rushmere St Andrew, Kesgrave, Woodbridge, Martlesham, Little Bealings Melton, Waldringfield, Felixstowe, Newbourne, Hemley, Kirton, and Trimley St Martin. Before moving to Suffolk, we owned and ran a highly regarded service rated as ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission at a time when just 2% of homecare providers were rated this highly. We missed making a difference in our community, and decided to launch Right at Home Ipswich to fulfil the demand for reliable, high quality care at home. We're excited to announce that Sam will soon be our Trained Trainer in Dementia! This means we can enhance the dementia training we already offer, and ensure our Carers are even more well-supported to care for clients with (both diagnosed and non-diagnosed) dementia.
The training Sam will deliver will enable our Carer team to have a greater understanding of dementia’s impact on the brain, sensory changes, differences in communication, understanding triggers to behaviour, different realities and how to respond to some of the most emotional questions.
Our aim is to always ensure our clients with dementia continue to feel purposeful and important in their lives.

International Dog Day is celebrated on 26th August, and as care providers we appreciate how the presence of a pet can offer comfort for our Clients.

When your health declines, you may worry about what will happen to a pet, particularly if you require additional support with tasks.

Thanks to Caregiver Emma who accompanied client Mr H. on a trip out recently.
Without a trusted companion from Right at Home Ipswich, some of our clients would be unable to get out into the community and do the things they enjoy - in this case, take in some fresh Suffolk air and have lunch outside!

Our Care Professionals are amazing, and they are skilled at doing things WITH clients, not just FOR them.
