"It would be hard to overestimate just what a huge and positive impact our carer has had on both our mum and, as a result, our family. In just a couple of months she has become an invaluable member of our family, treating our mother with respect and dignity, speaking to her in a kind and adult way. She has come up with imaginative ideas to help mum get out and about (chair yoga is something new mum is trying) and shows care and compassion when mum feels less able to get out."

94% of Right at Home Ipswich Woodbridge & Felixstowe Clients said that any changes to their scheduled
visit times or a change of Caregiver, are communicated to them in advance (independent survey 2025).

Communication is key to what we do, and it's a challenge for every homecare provider to communicate changes that can happen for many reasons. Sometimes a Caregiver has to stay with a poorly Client until they can leave to support their next Client, Caregivers book holiday and like everyone, sometimes need to take time off!

This is why we're so proud of our ongoing communication to our Clients, their families and our Caregiver Team. All our hard work to brief our Caregivers on new clients, to introduce our Caregivers to new clients - and to make a Client's care, a positive experience - makes our service extra-special 💪🥰

Thanks to everyone who came along to our first 'Coffee and Conversation Morning' at All Hallows Church, Ipswich in June. Sam and Tammy from our office team made sure everyone was welcome.
It was good to see everyone sipping, chatting and relaxing with new friends!
Just pop along from 10am next time on Wednesday 13th August for light refreshments, games, arts and crafts, or just a chat! 😀

In a recent independent survey, Right at Home Ipswich Caregivers said that recognition from a client or the client's family is very important to them.
