For Registrants: It's a brilliant way to share your own credible materials and ensure your work reaches a wider audience, contributing to the fight against nutrition misinformation.

Public health nutrition is grounded in science.

& working in public health draw on disciplines such as:
- Epidemiology

🚫New Year, New FAD?🚫

January always brings a wave of “quick‑fix” diets, expensive supplements, and extreme, unnecessary restrictions — and they’re still everywhere.

But the truth hasn’t changed: fad diets can potentially harm your health, limit essential nutrients, and trap you in a frustrating lose‑regain cycle. Real, sustainable health is built on small, positive and consistent changes — not gimmicks.

This year, choose expertise over hype. & provide advice that is:
✅Evidence-based
✅Sustainable
✅Personalised

Protect your health and your wallet. Always check the register to ensure your advice comes from a qualified and registered nutrition professional.
