✨ NEW daytime yoga class in Kesgrave ✨

I’m really happy to be opening a new Wednesday morning class at 9:30am at Fred Upson Hall, starting 15th April.

This will be a welcoming, all-levels class where we’ll build up gradually — especially in the first few weeks.

My style is usually a bit more energising and flow-based (with optional vinyasas), but everything is always guided with options, so you can move in a way that feels right for your body.

Expect a mix of:
• gentle mobility and stretching
• building strength over time
• simple, flowing sequences
• and a grounding relaxation to finish

Whether you’re newer to yoga or already have some experience, you’ll be supported throughout.

Does the world feel a bit heavy right now?

With so much happening around us, it’s natural to feel a sense of uncertainty…
to feel a bit unsettled or overwhelmed.

And in moments like these, one thing becomes clearer: we need true connection.

To each other.
To something greater.
To ourselves.

It’s easy to get pulled into the noise, the worry, the constant updates.
To feel distracted, unsettled, or overwhelmed.

But maybe this is also an invitation…

To pause.
To step back.
To breathe.

To spend a little time in stillness.
In silence.
In nature.
In prayer, meditation, or simply being.

Sunday’s Spring Day Retreat at Be Well Barn was such a special day.

An intimate group of wonderful women gathered to move, breathe, rest, share food, spend time in the spa, and simply slow down together.

There was energising yoga, a beautiful sound bath with Liana, journaling, chanting, hot tubs, sauna, cold plunge… and lots of meaningful conversations along the way.

A big thank you as well to the team at Be Well Barn for creating such a welcoming space. The studio, spa facilities, delicious food, and friendly staff make it a truly special place to spend the day.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped create such a supportive and relaxed atmosphere.

If you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply in need of time for yourself, this evening is for you.

Unwind is a gentle, supportive practice designed to help you slow right down and settle the nervous system.

Although I’m known for my energising yoga classes, this is a rare, slow-paced pop-up evening — intentionally created to offer something different and deeply nourishing.

We’ll move slowly, rest deeply, and finish with a long Savasana supported by a grounding mini sound bath — leaving you feeling calmer, softer, and more at ease in your body.

You don’t need to be all peace and love either.

It’s often the stiff, tired, and slightly grumpy who benefit the most.

We all come for different reasons — to improve fitness, to have a space just for you in the week, or simply to switch off from everything else. Just bring a mat (or ask me to borrow one) and let’s go.
