My Friday morning class in Kesgrave focuses on moving well, building strength gradually and improving mobility in a way that feels supportive and realistic.

It’s welcoming, down-to-earth and suitable for real people with busy lives.

If you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply in need of time for yourself, this evening is for you.

Unwind is a gentle, supportive practice designed to help you slow right down and settle the nervous system.

Although I’m known for my energising yoga classes, this is a rare, slow-paced pop-up evening — intentionally created to offer something different and deeply nourishing.

We’ll move slowly, rest deeply, and finish with a long Savasana supported by a grounding mini sound bath — leaving you feeling calmer, softer, and more at ease in your body.

You don’t need to be all peace and love either.

It’s often the stiff, tired, and slightly grumpy who benefit the most.

We all come for different reasons — to improve fitness, to have a space just for you in the week, or simply to switch off from everything else. Just bring a mat (or ask me to borrow one) and let’s go.

If you’re a woman 35+ and want to feel stronger, calmer and more balanced, my Yoga classes could be perfect for you.

Start 2026 with a healthy habit that helps you move better, sleep better and feel more like yourself.

My yoga classes in Kesgrave are all-levels blending dynamic, strength-building movement with slower, grounding practices — so you feel gently challenged and still leave deeply relaxed. You can expect mantras, breathwork (pranayama) and meditation complementing the physical practice.

This video is more for me than you I think. Im looking back at my health journey over these past 3 years. How special its been. Im so happy exercise which is something I ve always loved when younger came back strong to my life in my 40’s!

It does make you feel alive again. And hence the passion for helping others feel the same.

Looking back I am also proud that Ive managed to offer monthly kirtans this year. Another food for my soul that s proven so important in my personal journey as well. 🙏

It s also been a year of building community. No words to describe how special it feels when you see the work that you love to do begin to make a difference in other people s lives.

So many new friendships as well. ✨

Really grateful for every step of the journey. And all the support I ve had specially from my husband, Paulo, the love of my life, soulmate, who often doesnt get enough credit yet is rock underneath it all. 💛

Movement class is back this Friday!!! Get healthier but also have some fun!!!

Curious to try something new, fun, and tailored for midlife women looking to boost strength, mobility, and a bit of joy? Come be part of my very first Move with Cris (pilot class)!

This 45-minute session is a unique, FREE opportunity to explore a yoga-inspired movement class that blends flexibility, strength exercises, even a little feel-good dance, and lovely relaxation (yoga nidra) —all in a welcoming and supportive environment. All levels welcome.

This class aims to make movement a fun part of your life. If you re not ready for a gym environment but want to feel stronger and more mobile in an uplifting environment with like-minded people, this is for you!

It’s right after my regular yoga class, so you can simply stay on and enjoy something fresh and fun or book separately.
