I am qualified to treat a range of chronic musculoskeletal pain conditions including low back pain, neck pain, headaches whiplash, RSI fibromyalgia and many other on-going injury or pain conditions. As an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist, I am trained in a range of safe and effective soft tissue

and massage techniques that aim to reduce your pain and increase your movement within 1-6 clinical treatments. The techniques I use include fascial work, trigger point therapy, acupressure, stretching and tailored self-care. I use a warm and heart-centred approach that takes full account of all your physical and emotional needs and am committed to working alongside you to get the results you need. I can come to your home or you can visit me at my home in Ipswich where I have a treatment room, just ask for address when booking. I also go out to large or small Companies to give their staff treatments, either Chair Massage, reflexology or targeted treatments and also stretching advice for specific muscular issues. Getting to the root of the problem

My name is Jo Griffin and I am passionate about helping people find themselves whether through therapies, Healing or talking or a combination of all 3. I am qualified in various Holistic Therapies, Including Aromatherapy Body Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage & Healing. Since 2017 I have also been training with Jing, who specialise in Advanced Clinical Massage treatments which use Fascia techniques, Trigger point therapy and acupressure in treatments. I am also a former Qualified Nurse. During my sessions I tailor sessions to fit my clients needs and if needed give stretching exercises, and other tips to help the client help themselves. I can come to your home or you can visit me at my home in East Ipswich where I have a treatment room, just ask for address when booking. I also visit Schools (I have a current DBS check) Nursing Homes and Corporate Companies. I also give online Self Care treatments which involve a detailed consultation and techniques designed to help your pain condition, with follow up zoom meeting.
