Mental Health Matters.

Everyone has mental health – good or bad. But the line between the two can be very fine. Something could happen to tip the balance from positive to negative in an instant.

We provide safe, non-judgemental places for veterans and ex-uniformed services personnel struggling with their mental health and wellbeing to start conversations and gain immediate and practical help.

With World Mental Health Day just a week away, we want to talk about why mental health awareness matters. 📢

Mental health awareness can increase understanding of how to protect mental health and the wide range of issues affecting it, while reducing stigma and discrimination. It also has an important role in influencing policy change to support good mental health.

Some people have argued that greater awareness is why we're seeing poorer mental health - but we know this isn't the case.

In fact, mental health awareness has been doing a vital role in lifting the lid on the extent of the distress people experience.
