November is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month 💙
This month, let’s focus on men’s mental health. Many men face mental health challenges—stress, anxiety, depression—but often feel pressured to stay silent, fearing judgment or the need to "tough it out."
Men are less likely to reach out for help, even though mental health affects everyone. Breaking the stigma means having open conversations, checking in on each other, and reminding each other that seeking help is a sign of strength.
If you or someone you know needs support, here are some helplines:
📞 Samaritans – 116 123 (24/7 support)
📞 Mind – 0300 123 3393
📞 CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) – 0800 58 58 58 (5 pm - midnight, daily)
📞 Shout – Text 'SHOUT' to 85258 (24/7 text support)

Let’s encourage our friends, fathers, brothers, sons and partners to share how they’re really feeling. Together, we can build a community where men feel supported and understood. 💙
