It’s amazing what you spot sometimes when you take your dog out for a walk. Spotted this spectacular Lunar Halo (possibly a double halo?) over the skies of Ipswich. It’s caused by moonlight refracting through ice crystals in the upper atmosphere. Started the first day of the year with a stunning and ended it with an equally stunning aerial phenomena. What else will we see in 2026? 💚🌖

Not how I expected to be ending the year. This year’s flu is pretty intense and can lead to complications. Had so many plans for the last couple of weeks but spent most of it in bed and when you start coughing up blood it’s probably a good time to visit your GP. Hospital visit, X-rays and medication sorted. Going a bit stir crazy so hoping to get up and back outdoors soon. So much planned for 2026 but need to be fit! 💪 If you’re feeling unwell or something doesn’t feel right make an appointment to see your GP. Don’t leave it, don’t put it off. Better to be safe than sorry.
